Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are free and provided without obligation. Quotes are based on the information provided and the property's visible condition; significant differences discovered on site may require an adjusted quote, which we will always discuss with you before starting work.
Scheduling & Weather
Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe or would compromise results, we will reschedule promptly at no cost to you.
Service & Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with an area we've cleaned, tell us during the final walkthrough or within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Property Access & Water
Unless otherwise arranged, services require access to the areas being cleaned and an exterior water source. You do not need to be home during service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Maintenance plan discounts apply per the plan terms and may be cancelled anytime.
